Heinz® Broad Beans are picked at their peak, shelled and then snap frozen, making them a convenient ingredient to keep in your freezer. Try adding them to a salad, blended into a dip or cooked into a green risotto. Simply cook Heinz® Broad Beans in the microwave or in a pot of boiling water and these veggies are ready to be enjoyed. We love broad beans with sliced spanish onion, crumbled feta and a vinaigrette dressing for a great summer salad, but they're also delicious in pasta dishes or as a side to some barbecued meat.Ingredients

Preparation Instructions
In the microwave: (800-1000W) Place 250g of frozen Broad Bean a microwave-proof dish. Do not add water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for a further 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Guideline only - cooking time will vary with model, make and age of microwave oven. On the stove top: Add frozen Broad Beans to rapidly boiling water. Bring to boil again and simmer for approximately 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve.
